Expertise in detailed fatigue assessments

Durch den Einsatz massgeschneiderter Algorithmen wird das Verhalten von Brücken und anderen Infrastrukturen im Detail simuliert. Dies geschieht durch die Integration realer Verkehrsdaten, wie zum Beispiel Weigh-in-Motion-Messungen für Strassenverkehr oder spezifischer Zugmodelle für Eisenbahnstrukturen.  Diese detaillierte Bewertung ermöglicht eine normgerechte und weniger konservative Schadensakkumulationsberechnung im Vergleich zu vereinfachten Modellen. Dadurch kann die Lebensdauer der Bauwerke verlängert werden, wobei gleichzeitig die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsstandards und Nachhaltigkeitsziele gewährleistet bleibt.

Digital Construction / BIM & Linked Data

We support owners, planners, and operators in implementing modern planning and project management methods in the infrastructure sector. We work with the BIM methodology and use the current IFC 4.3 standard as the basis for bridge and infrastructure projects. This creates consistent 3D models that not only represent geometry but also serve as the foundation for semantic BIM. Semantic BIM means that the models are enhanced with linked data, transforming them into digital twins that not only store information but also connect and interpret it.

AI & Machine Learning

We use artificial intelligence to analyze and predict the behavior of infrastructure structures based on real and synthetic data. Using neural networks, deep learning, and random forest algorithms we develop models that identify patterns in large data streams , detect patterns, and generate realistic scenarios. This transforms data into actionable knowledge, enabling more precise analyses and proactive maintenance.
